Petco in Plano
February 22, 2003
Roland, our 12 week old husky was our greeting ambassador for the day at our first adoption event at the
Petco in Plano, we were pleased to be invited to their store.
Miyuke has a happy outlook on life these days now that she will be assured a safe and loving
home in the future. Miyuke meaning "snow flake" is one of our rare wooley coat huskies we rescue
from time to time.
One of our foster moms Vicki, taking in every opportunity to make sure this little baby
is getting plenty of attention. It's impossible to resist not to cradle this guy all the time.
Hard to believe this puppy was kept on a chain at 8 weeks old with no shelter, food and water.
This is Kilo, a husky mix that showed up at the Ricks family home a few months ago.
They came to us asking our help to place him but after a few short weeks of fostering
Kilo they discovered he was meant to be part of their family. We Thank the Ricks for taking
Kilo into their home and stopping by to vist at the Petco Adoption.
After a long day of attention and petting it's time for Roland to get his well deserved
puppy rest so he can get back to husky antics.
We THANK YOU ALL for supporting us and
coming out to see us at the Plano Petco.
